User-selectable metering modes include spot metering and 3-zone average metering, and the versatile flash offers modes including Auto flash, Fill flash, Flash off, Night scene flash, and Red-eye reduction.

It has a bright, capable viewfinder, and camera-shake warning indicators when shooting in low light.
